Inquiries and quotes

Submitting the booking form or the contact form starts an inquiry. Inquiries do not reserve operators, vehicles, or dates. We respond with a quote and availability check, and the engagement is confirmed in a separate written agreement.

No payment processing on this site

This site does not collect payments, donations, event registration fees, or booking deposits. If payment processing is added in the future, separate terms and a payment processor privacy notice will apply, and this section will be updated before payment collection begins.

Confidentiality and use of information

Information you submit through this site is treated under our Privacy Policy. Where an engagement is run under a non disclosure agreement, that NDA controls. Do not include third party confidential information in form submissions unless you have authority to disclose it.
